If you are like me, you have probably seen the cookie dough whiskey at the store, picked up the bottle once or twice and thought, “well that sounds, um, interesting”. I’m not sure I have ever really had a glass of whiskey and thought, man, now if only I had a cookie to go with it. And on the flip side. I haven’t enjoyed a good cookie and thought, now what I really need is some whiskey to go with this.
Cookie dough and whiskey just don’t seem to go together. Like at all. But my curiosity got the best of me. And I bought the darn bottle of cookie dough whiskey. My first reaction at my first sip was “Oh man, this is dangerously good”. This unlikely combination is surprisingly delicious!
And while cookie dough and whiskey don’t seem like they would go together well, there are plenty of things that have a great track record of going extremely well with a cookie! Let the experimentation begin!

Cookie Dough Whiskey
Irish Cream
Chocolate Sauce (I used this one)
Ice Balls (These are the molds I used from Amazon)
Low Ball Glasses
Swizzlestick
About the Ingredients
Cookie Dough Whiskey is an alcohol produced from fermented grain with the flavoring of sweet delicious cookie dough
Irish Cream is created using a blend of irish whisky and dairy cream to create a chocolatey yet vanilla taste
Chocolate Sauce is thicker than syrup and boasts a wonderfully chocolate flavor. Just what we need to add the choclate to our chocolate chip cookie whiskey cocktail.
Chocolate Chip Cookie Whiskey Cocktail Recipe (2 drinks)
This one is very easy to make but still tastes amazing!
1)In a Low Ball Glass add large Ice Ball.
2)Add 2 oz Cookie Dough Whiskey and 1 oz Irish Cream. Stir gently with swizzlestick.
3)Drizzle Chocolate Sauce over the ice ball in the glass.
