Let it go and relax with a Frozen Inspired Mocktail because the cold never bothered me anyways

This particular non alcoholic drink was a must to create in our house. Not because there are young kids who love Disney’s Frozen and have seen it countless times to the point we can all quote the movie now. Or because it is absolutely delicious and beautiful to look at. And not even because Disney’s Frozen is one of my own personal favorite Disney movies (and soundtracks). Of course all of those things are true. It’s just not why this drink was a must for us.
Let it go. That has become our motto in our house. When adulting gets complicated causing frustration and sadness, Let it go. When parenting is exhausting and tests our limits, Let it go. When work causes extra stress and anxiety, Let it go. When something doesnt go the way you planned and now you have to pivot, Let it go!
So, whatever you’re holding onto right now, Let it go, relax and enjoy this delicious Disney’s Frozen Inspired Mocktail that’s always a fan favorite and the perfect addition to your Disney family movie night.
Ingredients And Barware
Ice Blue Raspberry Lemonade Koolaide
Lemonade
Silver Sanding Sugar (I used this one from Amazon)
Blueberries for garnish
High Ball Glasses (I used these Plastic ones from Amazon which I love!)
Blue Striped Straws (optional I used these from Amazon)
Frosting (Optional for rim)
Brew Glitter Silver Shimmer (optional but creates the swirrling magical look. You can find it here. Yep you guessed it, on Amazon)

About the Ingredients
Ice Blue Raspberry Lemonade Kool-aid is a flavored drink mix with a bright blue color and a hint of a sweet yet tart lemonade taste. The blue is fitting and a match for Elsa’s blue gown.
Lemonade is a lemon flavored drink with added sweetness thanks to some sugar of course. Lemonade is a frequent standard item in a bar.
How to Make (3 mocktails)
1.Take the rim of your Highball glasses carefully through the vanilla frosting to get a consistent thin coating around the rim.
2.Dip the rim in the Silver Sanding Sugar to get an even coat. Add ice and set aside.
3.In a pourable container mix, 3 cups of Ice Blue Raspberry Lemonade Kool-Aid and 1 cup of Lemonade until fully mixed. (if your ingredients are not cold, I recommend shaking in a cocktail shaker before pouring into your high ball glass to prevent the ice melting too fast. Or use a large cocktail type of ice cube.)
4. Pour over ice into rimmed high ball glasses.
5. Add Blueberry garnish sticks
6. Add a touch of Brew Glitter Silver Shimmer to make your drink really sparkle with the magic of Frozen.
Garnish Tips
For the blueberry garnish, clean 4 blue berries for each drink. Use a granish stick and carefully pierce them through the middle and slide them until they are about in the middle of the stick. Repeat for each drink you are making. Make these up before pouring your drink into the high ball glasses.
Enjoy!
