My kids just love sour things. They are always stealing my lemons out of my lemon water, taking the limes from my better half’s drink and will giggle like crazy when licking the “soury” parts of sour candy. I can relate though, I can remember being a kid and getting Warhead candies in my Halloween bucket. I would eat them one lick at a time giving my taste buds time to adjust to every sour coating on them. Oh man, good times!

When I saw Torani had a syrup called “sour candy” I felt like it was a no-brainer and it quickly made its way into my cart! I am not exactly sure what I expected the syrup to taste like to be honest. But, after making these fun and incredibly easy zero proof drinks, I was surprisingly pleased with just how good these turned out!

About the Ingredients

Lemon Lime Soda provides carbonation and a touch of citrus with a refreshingly light flavor.

Sour Candy Syrup is a flavored syrup mix in with a red color and a sweet yet sour taste. So good!

Sour Candy Mocktail Recipe (3 drinks)

1)Slide a few Sour Patch Kids Candies onto a Garnish Stick (I did one of each color for my drinks) and set aside

2)Add ice to Low Ball Glasses

3)Pour 1 16 oz bottle of Lemon Lime Soda evenly across your three low ball glasses. Each glass should be 3/4 of the way full.

4)Add 1 oz Sour Candy Syrup to each glass. Use a Garnish Stick to gently stir until well mixed.

5)Add your Candy Garnish Stick to the top of the glass

6)Add a Blue Striped Straw

Enjoy!
